An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for supportutils fixes the following issues:

  * Optimize lsof usage (bsc#1183663)
  * Collect ntp or chrony as needed (bsc#1196293)
  * Add email.txt based on OPTION_EMAIL
  * Add run time detection (bsc#1213127)
