This update for maven-parent fixes the following issues:

  * Upgraded Apache Maven parent POM to version 40:
  * Besides maven-parent, it provides now also the following pom artifacts:
    * doxia-tools
    * maven-extensions
    * maven-plugins
    * maven-shared-components
    * maven-skins
