An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for cloud-regionsrv-client contains the following fixes:

  * Update EC2 plugin to 1.0.4 (bsc#1219156, bsc#1219159)
  * Fix the algorithm to determine the region from the availability zone
    information retrieved from IMDS.
  * Update to version 10.1.6
  * Support specifying an IPv6 address for a manually configured target update
    server.
