An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for grpc, libzypp, protobuf, python-grpcio, re2, zypper fixes the
following issues:

  * rebuild packages using protobuf against newer protobuf and abseil-cpp
    libraries. (bsc#1222261)
