An update that contains two features can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for Trento fixes the following issues:

trento-server-helm was updated to from version 2.2.0 to 2.3.1:

trento-wanda was implemented at version 1.3.0:

  * New RPM package implementation (jsc#PED-7951, jsc#PED-7952)

trento-web was implemented at version 2.3.1:
