An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for ppc64-diag fixes the following issues:

  * Do not delete old system dumps offloaded from HMC (bsc#1209274).
  * Fix NVMe diagnostics support with nvmf drive (bsc#1220345).
  * Fix filelist for NVMe diag service, it was listed as conffile
