An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for ClusterTools2 fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 3.1.3
  * Adapt 'cs_show_scores' to support newer versions of crmsh (bsc#1219806)
  * Change SBP URL in man page ha_related_sap_notes.7 to point to the new
    location (bsc#1194285)
  * Additional man page updates
  * New script /usr/sbin/cs_list_sap_instances
