An update that has six fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for powerpc-utils fixes the following issues:

  * lparstat mode incorrect in a dedicated-donating LPAR (bsc#1206518)
  * Support muliple NVMe device paths in bootlist (bsc#1219234)
  * Add fixes merged upstream (bsc#1219433)
  * Fix setting primary HNV link when using NM (bsc#1195404 ltc#196259)
  * HNV interface fails to come up when added in lpar inactive state
    (bnc#1200731)
  * [Regression]: [P10] [6.4.0-150600.4-default] : lsslot command displays
    incorrect output (bnc#1219716)
