An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for open-vm-tools fixes the following issues:

  * convert to obs_scm
  * Version update 12.5.0 (bsc#1231826). There are no new features in the open-
    vm-tools 12.5.0 release. This is primarily a maintenance release for
    updating NetworkManager calls in suspend/resume scripts.
