## Description:

This update for go1.22 fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version go1.22.9 (bsc#1218424)
  * runtime: TestGdbAutotmpTypes failures
  * cmd/link: LC_UUID not generated by go linker, resulting in failure to access
    local network on macOS 15
  * cmd/cgo/internal/testcarchive: TestManyCalls failures
