An update that contains two features can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for catatonit, containerd and runc fixes the following issues:

  * catatonit is rebuilt against current Go.

  * Update to containerd v1.7.23. Upstream release notes:

  * Update to containerd v1.7.22. Upstream release notes:

<https://github.com/containerd/containerd/releases/tag/v1.7.22>

  * runc is rebuilt against current Go.
