An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for go1.22 fixes the following issues:

  * Version update 1.22.8 includes fixes to cgo, and the maps and syscall
    packages (bsc#1229122)

  * maps: segmentation violation in maps.Clone

  * cmd/cgo: alignment issue with int128 inside of a struct
  * syscall: TestAmbientCapsUserns fails on Ubuntu 24.04/Linux 6.8.0
