An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for hawk2 fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version v2.6.5:
  * Fix: hb_report: indicate the 'crm report' failure (bsc#1230674).
  * Dev: wizards: don't use root password (bsc#1230672).
  * Fix: decode the resource type from URI.
  * Fix: use ocf:heartbeat:Dummy instead of ocf:heartbeat:anything .
  * Make compatible with sle15.2 .
  * Fix: cibtools: adjust to the new cibadmin format (bsc#1219831).
  * Use crm_attribute --list-options.
