An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for perf fixes the following issues:

  * Check the success of annotated_source__alloc_histograms() so that if a
    memory failure occurred the sample can be ignored (bsc#1227962)
  * Fix build error caused by linkage changes from latest binutils update
