An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for kiwi-templates-Minimal fixes the following issues:

  * Increased size of EFI partition to 512 MB (bsc#1222897)
  * Ensure MinimalVM Cloud image resizes the partition to the disk image size
    (bsc#1238910)
