An update that contains four features and has four fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for release-notes-sles fixes the following issues:

  * Version update 15.7.20250711 (bsc#933411).
  * Added note about deprecating openldap instead of removing (jsc#PED-13239).
  * Correct `ntp` being moved instead of removed (bsc#1245182).
  * Replace SUSE Manager with SUSE Multi-Linux Manager (bsc#1245251).
  * Note about virt-install --cdrom with SEV (bsc#1241602).
  * Note about 4096-bit signing key (jsc#PED-8000).
  * Note about paes-xts-plain64 cipher support (jsc#PED-12579).
  * Note about hwlock (jsc#PED-11875).
