An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for docker-stable fixes the following issues:

  * Fix incorrect permissions for overlayfs lowerdir (bsc#1254206). In practice
    the permissions of this directory are immaterial but some security scanners
    falsely flag this as an issue.
