An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for haveged fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: haveged is marked as deleted after reboot (bsc#1222296)
  * Fix: zypper ps shows haveged is makred as deleted after reboot (bsc#1165294)
  * Remove haveged-switch-root.service
  * Add haveged-once.service
  * Add patch files introducing the '\--once' flag.
