An update that contains five features and has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for perf fixes the following issues:

  * perf list: Add IBM z17 event descriptions (jsc#PED-13611).
  * perf script: add --addr2line option (bsc#1247509).
  * Limit patch filenames to 100 characters (bsc#1249604).
  * perf annotate:
    * Add some of the arithmetic instructions to support instruction tracking in power.(jsc#PED-9879)
    * Add support to capture and parse raw instruction in powerpc using dso__data_read. (jsc#PED-9879)
    * Add "update_insn_state" callback function to handle arch specific instruction tracking jsc#PED-9879)
    * Move some source code related fields from struct annotation to struct annotated
  * perf beauty: Fix AT_EACCESS undeclared build error for system with kernel
    versions lower than v
  * perf bpf: Move BPF disassembly routines to separate file to avoid clash with
    capstone bpf heade
  * perf dwarf-aux: Move #else block of #ifdef
  * perf sched: Rename 'switches' column header to 'count' and add usage
    description options for latency
  * perf stat: Fork and launch 'perf record' when 'perf stat' needs to to get
    retire latency value for a metric
  * perf test: make metric validation test return early when there is no metric
    supported on the test system
  * perf trace augmented_raw_syscalls: Add extra array index bounds checking to
    satisfy some BPF verifiers
  * libperf cpumap: Rename perf_cpu_map__default_new() to
    perf_cpu_map__new_online_cpus() and prefer sysfs (bsc#1234698,
    jsc#PED-12309)
  * perf bpf augmented_raw_syscalls: Add an assert to make sure size of
    augmented_arg value is a pow (jsc#PED-6012, jsc#PED-6121)
