An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for perf fixes the following issue:

  * Add BuildRequires:gcc-c++ (bsc#1231374). This means the following features
    will now be deselected:
    * libbfd
    * libbfd-buildid
    * libbfd-liberty
    * libbfd-liberty-z This means c++ demangling no longer occurs.  
Enable alternative support by adding the above BuildRequires.

YaST online_update or "zypper patch".
