## Description:

This update for sapstartsrv-resource-agents fixes the following issues:

  * Version update 0.9.5
  * Restarting sapstartsrv service shouldn't need to be reported as a warning.
    Using severity 'info' instead (bsc#1244505).
  * Changed man pages regarding fence_sbd
    * SAPStartSrv_basic_cluster.7
    * SAPStartSrv_maintenance_procedures.7
  * Adding compatibility with python 3.13.
  * Adding SLE16 support.
