An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for powerpc-utils fixes the following issues:

  * System now works without PPC_FEATURE2_ARCH_3_1 defined (bsc#1237409).
  * Fix negative values of idle PURR (bsc#1238322).
  * Fix memory mode display on POWER10 (bsc#1237409).
