An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for cloud-netconfig fixes the following issues:

Update to version 1.15:

  * Add support for creating IPv6 default route in GCE (bsc#1240869)
  * Minor fix when looking up IPv6 default route

Update to version 1.14:

  * Use '-s' instead of '\--no-progress-meter' for curl (bsc#1221757)
