An update that contains two features and has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for transactional-update fixes the following issues:

  * Rebuild with PIE enabled (bsc#1239954).
  * Help missing for register option (bsc#1202900).
  * Register creates unnecessary snapshots (bsc#1202901).
  * UserSpace Live Patching: support transactional system properly
    (jsc#PED-1078).
  * Configuration of kdump on a transactional system (jsc#PED-1441).
