An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for transactional-update fixes the following issues:

  * Version update from 4.8.1 to 4.8.3:
  * Check return value of register command (bsc#1230901)
  * Allow specifying only low value with setup-kdump (bsc#1230537)
