An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sap-installation-wizard fixes the following issues:

  * Version update 4.5.18
  * SAP Business One 2411: failure to install due to self signed certificate Set
    CONNECTION_SSL_CERTIFICATE_VERIFICATION=false (bsc#1233822).
  * bone-installation-wizard: missing landscape server address, adding
    SLD_SERVER_ADDR=${HOSTNAME} parameter (bsc#1239627).
