An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for crmsh fixes the following issues:

  * Version update 4.5.1+20250207.2c89797
  * Local joining node should be included when merging known_hosts
    (bsc#1229419).
  * more robust implementation for ssh_merge (bsc#1230530).
