An update that contains one feature can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for suse-build-key fixes the following issues:

  * add and run a import-suse-build-key script, which will be run after
    installation using a systemd timer. (jsc#PED-2777)

  * import the SLES 15 SP6 and newer RSA 4k keys to allow migration.
