## Description:

This update for release-notes-ha fixes the following issues:

  * Upgrade version to 15.4.20251031 (bsc#933411)
  * Fixed updated crm cluster commands (jsc#DOCTEAM-1261)
  * Removed Geo Clustering for X reference (jsc#DOCTEAM-1087)
  * Added note about removal of pssh (jsc#DOCTEAM-862)
