An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for release-notes-ha fixes the following issues:

  * Upgrade version to 15.7.20251031 (bsc#933411)
  * Added note about Geo Clustering removal in SLE HA 16.0 (bsc#1252731)
