This update for qemu fixes the following issues:

  * Fix fail to start QEMU - qemu-system-ppc64 (bsc#1230042):
    * .gitmodules: move u-boot mirrors to qemu-project-mirrors
    * [openSUSE] rpm/spec: qemu-vgabios is required on ppc
