An update that can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for post-build-checks-containers fixes the following issues:

  * scan the generated container, not base containers
  * unpack container before scanning with ClamAV
  * various indentation/linting fixes

  * on openSUSE make it an empty package for now, but provide the sources for
    review
