An update that contains one feature can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for smartmontools fixes the following issues:

  * update-smart-drivedb:
    * Provide support for the new upstream GitHub repository.
    * Do not overwrite files in /usr/share.
    * Use /var/lib provided by --with-drivedbinstdir.
  * Add smartmontools-drivedb.h version 5894 from the branch 7.5.
  * Update to 7.5 (jsc#PED-13806).
