An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for supportutils-plugin-suse-public-cloud fixes the following
issues:

  * Update to version 1.0.9 (bsc#1218762, bsc#1218763)
    * Remove duplicate data collection for the plugin itself
    * Collect archive metering data when available
    * Query billing flavor status
