An update that has four fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for crmsh fixes the following issues:

  * Version update 4.6.2+20250924.52a1e2bf
  * Fixes
  * Option tu suppress crm configure prompt in SAPHanaHR (bsc#1250349).
  * Add TimeoutFormulas help topic in the documentation (bsc#1242981).
  * Avoid negative values for 'stonith-watchdog-timeout' property (bsc#1246622).
  * crm cluster health might break when peer node is powered off (bsc#1230324).
  * ui_context: should not require root privilege when using subcommand 'help'
  * New features
  * bootstrap: Enable to remove pacemaker remote node.
  * corosync: Get parameter value from runtime.config.
  * report: Update HA related packages for crm report to check and verify.
  * sbd: add pcmk_delay_max back and remove pcmk_delay_max parameters.
  * utils: adding various parameters to better deal with cluster management.
  * ui_cluster: Enhance membership validation for `cluster run` command.
  * ui_node: better management for node states and remote nodes
  * xmlutil: general refactoring options for xmlutil library.
