An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for pacemaker fixes the following issues:

  * fenced: DC node fencing is unconditionally relayed. (bsc#1249419)
  * libcrmservice: consider a monitor pending if LoadUnit receives no reply from
    systemd (bsc#1232276)
