An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for resource-agents fixes the following issues:

  * L3:ec2 and awsvip resource agent's retry mechanism for AWS monitoring
    (bsc#1251836)
  * Add auth_type parameter and AWS Policy based authentication type
  * L3: monitor process reports grep error: stray \ before white space
    (bsc#1250539)
  * L3: OCF Resource Agents for vsftpd failure: No PID found (bsc#1249819)
