## Description:

This update for saphana-checks fixes the following issues:

  * OS kernel/Hyperscaler:
    * new CHECK - NUMA topology - virtualization solutions not always expose pNUMA architecture
    * new CHECK - HANA filesystem validation
    * new CHECK - NVME io timeout Azure,Amazon
    * new CHECK - kernel semaphore parameter should be at least the default
    * OS HANA Support - SLES15.7 various hyperscaler 
    * Add Power11 support for IBM Power OS checks 
    * new certified hyperscaler instances - Amazon, Azure, GCP 
    * GCP certifications: Additional Compute Engine C4 machine types with the Intel Granite Rapids CPU platform 
    * IBM Cloud - new certified instances and re-arrangement of others
    * IBM Cloud - new certified Intel instances
    * IBM Cloud - new certified Power11 instances
    * Amazon EC2 - TSX is not available at all
    * OS kernels - new minimal versions (<1y)
    * glibc - new versions (<1y) and harmonize intel, ibmpower checks
    * systemd - new minimal versions (<1y)
    * NFS4.1 - max_session_slots - add Info how the value is calculated
    * Azure - IO scheduler also for nvme devices
    * Pacemaker attributes - handle different XML output formats
  * Agents/Tools:
    * SAP HostAgent - make testable and create unit tests to cover all possibilities
    * SHA product_list - fix bug by removing spaces from list entries
    * SLES4SAP saptune - version 3.2 has been released
    * Azure azcopy - new version 10.30.1
  * HANA:
    * HANA infra issue - SPS7 Data Volume Encryption / Decryption hanging
    * HANA Infra - remove SPS6 entries (end of maintenance since 12/2023)
    * HANA client - new version 2.26.18
  * UNIT TESTS:
    * IO NVMe - refactor, make testable, add unit tests
    * Add comprehensive unit tests for 3011_network_tcp_tw_parameter check
    * Pacemaker attributes - handle different XML output formats
    * HANA filesystem validation
    * NUMA topology - virtualization solutions not always expose pNUMA architecture
    * kernel semaphore parameter should be at least the default
  * CI+CD:
    * shellcheck v11 disables "avoid-negated-conditions" by default - reenable
    * shellcheck - external source - controlled by shellcheckrc; remove from CI cmdline
    * CI+CD - checkout_V5; new shfmt
