An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for selinux-policy fixes the following issues:

  * Ensure dbus communication is allowed bidirectionally
  * policy module for kiwi
  * Label /var/livepatches as lib_t for ULP on micro (bsc#1228879, bsc#1249832)
