An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for vim fixes the following issues:

  * Fix regression in vim: xxd -a shows no output (bsc#1250593). Backported from
    9.1.1683 (xxd: Avoid null dereference in autoskip colorless).
  * Fix vim compatible mode is not switched off earlier (bsc#1229750).
    Nocompatible must be set before the syntax highlighting is turned on.
