An update that contains two features and has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for suse-module-tools fixes the following issues:

  * Version update 15.3.19:
  * add blacklist entry for reiserfs (jsc#PED-6167).
  * Add more modules to file system blacklist (jsc#PED-6167).
  * Add hfsplus to file system blacklist (bsc#1240950, jsc#PED-12632).
  * Enable f2fs (bsc#1184415).
