An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for installation-images fixes the following issues:

  * Add uio_hv_generic.ko to module config
  * Add libopenssl-3-fips-provider to make fips work (bsc#1244208)
  * Add firmware file iwlwifi-gl-c0-fm-c0-92.ucode explicitly (bsc#1243020)
    * Fix Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200 BT 5.4 wireless card Causes Installation Hang
