An update that contains one feature can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for Public Cloud fixes the following issues:

  * Implementation of configuration packages to support metered billing in the
    SUSE Multi-Linux Manager 5.0 PAYG images (both x86_64 and arm64) on Amazon
    and Azure (jsc#PED-13182):
