An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sg3_utils fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 1.48~20221101+5.c6a1f6b8:
    * rescan-scsi-bus.sh:
      * Fix invocation of udevadm (bsc#1258664)
      * Fix multipath issue when called with -s and without -u (bsc#1215720, bsc#1216355)
