An update that has five fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sssd fixes the following issues:

  * Do not package capabilities, will be applied by %set_permissions rpm macro
    (bsc#1259436);
  * Silence noisy warning from sss_cache if run prior starting the daemon and
    config.ldb does not exist (bsc#1259545);
  * Fix ldap_child process started by the backend process ending in defunc
    state.
  * Create the secrets directory for the KCM service; (bsc#1259253);
  * Fix missing nss library in 32bit package; (bsc#1260409);
  * Fix packaging wrong permissions for /usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d
    (bsc#1260413);
