## Description:

This update for ktls-utils fixes the following issues:

  * tlshd:
    * fixup compile errors with HAVE_GNUTLS_PSK_ALLOCATE_CREDENTIALS2
    * use gnutls_psk_allocate_{client,server}_credentials2 (bsc#1258084)
