An update that contains one feature can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for suse-build-key fixes the following issues:

Changes in suse-build-key:

  * Add the auto import framework, that imports updated gpg keys into the RPM
    database.

  * Added post quantum cryptographic keys for SLES 15 and SLES 16 to be used for
    repository verification. (jsc#PED-11925)

  * build-pqc-15.pem

  * build-pqc-16.pem
