## Description:

This update for update-bootloader fixes the following issues:

  * Upgrade to version 1.27:
    * adjust spec file for immutable mode: switch to using
    * systemd-tmpfiles (jsc#PED-14833)
  * Upgrade to version 1.26:
    * adjust test cases
  * Implement config for BLS (bsc#1246013)
