An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for libteam fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: teamd LACP initialization failure (-ENOMEM / Race condition) two
    BCM57414 25Gbps cards (bsc#1260370)
    * libteam: double NETLINK_RCVBUF to fix -ENOMEM error
