An update that has four fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for gnutls fixes the following issues:

Changes in gnutls:

  * FIPS: Add NIST SP800-56Brev2 6.4.2.2 check: partial public-key validation
    for RSA OAEP (bsc#1262397)
  * FIPS: Use complete hash+sign operations in pct_test(). (bsc#1262398)
  * FIPS: Perform the integrity checks for libleancrypto-fips and libleancrypto
    with the HMACs provided by the library (bsc#1262399)
  * FIPS: Remove GNUTLS_MAC_SHA1 FIPS self-test (bsc#1262400)
